What do you recommend for wardrobe?

You may choose from a beautiful collection of maternity dresses for you to choose and wear during your session. Newborn sessions, I will choose many different props, blankets, newborn hats and clothes as well as backdrops for use during your session.

I believe neutral colors are great to wear during newborn or maternity sessions. Family or children sessions look great with a little pop of color added to the neutral look. I will guide and walk you through exactly what to wear for each session.

 What does the sitting or session fee include?

The session fee includes time before the session setting up, during session and professionally editing digital imagery and after session. Newborn sessions are from 3-4 hours. All other session are 1-1.5 hours.

When should I schedule my session?

Maternity sessions are photographed between 30-34 weeks, so plan to schedule your session in advance. I also like to tell clients to let me know when they feel they want to be photographed when they feel good or their bump is filled out a bit.

Newborns are photographed between 7-14 days old. Please reserve your date months in advance to ensure you get your date.

Sitter session are photographed at 6 months old. Please make sure your little one can sit during this session.

Cake Smash sessions are photographed around their first birthday.

Do you have props or clothes for the session?

Yes, I have a collection of props, blankets, wraps, headbands, hats/bonnets, outfits for you to pick from for your session. No need to go buy anything for your session. Newborn sessions, you will only need to bring baby and anything you may need for the session like diapers, milk (breast milk expressed or formula).

What time are newborn sessions?

Typically, all newborn sessions are in the morning and will never be in the afternoon or weekends. Monday-Friday are when all my newborn sessions will be scheduled.

Can a sibling come to the newborn session?

Yes, I usually have toddlers come to the newborn sessions and when they are done with their photos with baby, a parent or grandparent usually will take the sibling home so I can concentrate on baby during his/her session.
